5. Marketplace Role RenoPulse Media acts solely as an intermediary connecting homeowners and contractors. Unless expressly stated otherwise: • We are not a contractor. • We do not supervise construction work. • We do not guarantee the quality of any contractor's services. • We are not a party to contracts entered into between homeowners and contractors. All agreements for construction or renovation work are concluded directly between the homeowner and the contractor.
